At Bigmunks.com, we strive to provide high-quality printed apparel and a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines our procedures for shipping and returns to ensure clarity and fairness for our customers.
PART A: SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing & Handling Time
Since our t-shirts are custom-printed upon order, we require 3–5 business days to process, print, and quality-check your order before dispatch. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Metro Cities: 4–6 business days.
- Rest of India: 7–9 business days.
- Remote Areas: 10–15 business days.
- Please note: Delivery timelines may be impacted by unforeseen logistics issues, extreme weather, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹499: Free Shipping nationwide.
- Orders below ₹499: A flat shipping fee of ₹59 will be applied at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, a tracking link will be shared with you via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.
PART B: RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Eligibility for Returns
In compliance with consumer rights, we accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The original tax invoice is included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns/Exchanges are not applicable in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper washing.
- Slight color variations (as digital screen colors may differ slightly from physical fabric).
- Requests made after the 7-day window.
3. The Return Process
- Step 1: Raise a return/exchange request by emailing support@bigmunks.com or contacting us via WhatsApp with your Order ID and photos of the product.
- Step 2 (Reverse Pickup): We offer reverse pickup for most pincodes. Our courier partner will attempt pickup within 3-5 business days of approval.
- Step 3 (Self-Ship): If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you must courier the product to:Bigmunks Warehouse: > Plot No. 10 Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201005.
- Shipping Reimbursement: For self-shipped returns of defective or wrong products, we will reimburse courier charges up to ₹100 upon verification of the receipt.
PART C: REFUND POLICY
1. Quality Check (QC)
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a mandatory quality inspection. This process takes 4-6 business days.
2. Refund Timeline
- Approved Returns: If the product passes QC, the refund will be initiated immediately.
- Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account/Card/UPI) within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, you will be asked to provide your bank details or UPI ID. The refund will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days after approval.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before it enters the “Printing” stage.
- Once an order is printed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
PART D: DAMAGE & WRONG PRODUCTS
If you receive a physically damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof to expedite the replacement or refund process.
