Thank you for shopping at BigMunks. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.

  1. Custom & Personalized Products (The Core Rule)
    At BigMunks, we specialize in custom-made apparel (Direct-to-Film and Vinyl printing).

No Returns/Refunds on Custom Orders: Since these products are manufactured specifically based on your design, size, and color requirements, we do not offer returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or “incorrect size ordered by the customer.”

Final Sale: All customized items are considered final sale once the printing process has started.

  1. Eligibility for Returns (Defective or Wrong Items)
    We only accept returns or provide replacements if:

The product received is physically damaged or defective.

The print quality is significantly different from the approved design (e.g., wrong logo placement or color).

The wrong size or color was shipped by our team (different from what you ordered).

  1. Reporting an Issue (The 24-Hour Window)
    To be eligible for a replacement or refund in the cases mentioned above:

You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Unboxing Video Mandatory: To prevent fraudulent claims, customers are required to record a continuous unboxing video of the package. This video serves as proof of the condition of the product upon arrival.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  1. Refund Process
    If your claim is approved after our quality check:

Replacement: We will print and ship a new item to you at no extra cost.

Store Credit/Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

  1. Cancellations
    Pre-Production: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement.

Post-Production: Once the t-shirt has entered the bio-wash or printing phase, cancellations are not allowed.

  1. Shipping Costs for Returns
    If the mistake is from BigMunks (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping costs.

In any other approved case, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
